01Process

My methodology goes from understanding your business to measuring what works.

1. We talk

   A free 30-minute intro call to understand your business and what you need.

2. I send you a proposal

   Within 3 to 5 days you get a proposal with the expected result, the approach and the budget.

3. We review it together

   The same day I send it, we go through it together, price included: we answer your questions and choose the option that suits you best.

4. We get started

   First I run a diagnosis and an audit of your business: channels, investment, team and tools. From there I design the project around you.

5. We put the plan into action

   I work on the project and we follow it up along the way: progress, feedback and adjustments.

6. We launch and measure

   We launch what we've built and measure the results to decide what to scale and what to adjust.
