The drive to think big.
The method to make it real.

About me

Hi, I'm Nuria.

Expert in Product and Customer Lifecycle. I've grown the revenue and usage of digital products across Europe, the Americas and Asia, at companies such as Audible (Amazon), Bonial and kaufDA (Axel Springer). I work with data, personalisation and experimentation at every stage of your business and of your relationship with your customers.

Experience

My background

I was born in Andorra, among languages, cultures and lots of mountains! I studied Marketing and Digital Communities at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and built my career in Germany, where I spent more than 5 years working for startups and multinationals. Since then I've never stopped learning: product development, CRM, analytics, experimentation, artificial intelligence and the marketing tools each project needs.

I speak five languages: Catalan, Spanish, French, English and German. They help me understand each customer and each user in their own context, and reach new markets.

If one thing defines me, at work and beyond, it's drive: energy, the urge to get things done, and creativity.

Why Inkieta?

Inkieta comes from “inquieta”, a Catalan word for someone who is always curious and never sits still. It's a word that represents my Andorran roots and who I am as a person: it's how my people have always described me. I don't settle for what already works: I ask what could work better and I test it. Hidden in the name is “ink”: the mark I want to leave on every company I work with.

Curiosity drives me to think big. Method turns it into results.

And yes, I find it hard to sit still when I see a business that could grow more.

My vision

To help businesses build coherent marketing, where product, service, customer and strategy work together, and to bring each of them my creativity, my knowledge and my drive, while keeping what makes them unique.

  1. The product

For me, marketing is a system that starts with the product. Campaigns alone don't grow a business: you need a good product, designed for every moment of the customer journey. If it fails, everything else loses strength.

  2. The customer

Every customer should be treated according to their behaviour, characteristics and needs. That's why it's key to know what kind of customers you have, what you can offer them and how.

  3. How I work

I want to bring my experience to your business. Every company has its own needs, so I design each system to measure: so it keeps its essence, keeps pace with the market and technology serves people, not the other way round. The goal is a system that lasts in the long term and a marketing strategy whose results translate into revenue. For me, connecting with each client and working from mutual respect really matters.

My values

  1. Drive

It's what drives me: the curiosity to always look a little further and the urge to turn ideas into reality.

  2. Living knowledge

We live in a world that never stops changing, so it's key to never stop learning. I keep training so that what I propose works and fits the present.

  3. Global vision

I've lived abroad for more than 10 years and worked in 12 markets and five languages. That has taught me a great deal about opening new markets, building products and understanding customers.

  4. Method

Every action starts from a clear hypothesis, is tested and measured, and if it doesn't work, we change it. There's always follow-up, data to back it and experience behind it.

  5. Close, tailored support

I like to connect with the clients I work with and really understand their product. I follow things closely, with clear, transparent and organised communication, always based on mutual respect.

  6. Creativity

Creativity is key to innovation. I like to explore and go further, and then test ideas to see whether they're viable and translate into good results.
