What data I collect
Only what you give me when you write to me or book a call: name, email, company, website, country and what you tell me about your challenge.
What I use it for
To reply to you, prepare the call and, if you ask, send you a proposal. I don't use it to send you advertising and I don't sell it to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, when you send the form. If we then work together, the pre-contractual relationship and the contract itself.
How long I keep it
While we discuss your project. If we don't end up working together, for a maximum of 12 months. If we work together, for as long as legal and tax obligations require.
Who else can see it
No one, except the providers I need to run the website: FormSubmit to receive your messages, Google Workspace for email and Google Calendar to book calls.
Some of these providers are outside Andorra, for example in the United States. I only work with providers that offer adequate data protection safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to my using it or take it elsewhere. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to me at nuria@inkieta.com.
If you think I haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA): www.apda.ad.
Applicable law
Andorra's Law 29/2021 of 28 October on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
